FOREX Trading Carries a High Level of Risk
Trading foreign exchange on margin carries a high level of risk, and may not be suitable for all investors. The high degree of leverage can work against you as well as for you. Before deciding to invest in foreign exchange you should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite. The possibility exists that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your initial investment and therefore you should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. You should be aware of all the risks associated with foreign exchange trading, and seek advice from an independent financial advisor if you have any doubts.

Margined Trading
Margined currency trading is an extremely risky form of investment and is only suitable for individuals and institutions capable of handling the potential losses it entails. A forex account allows you to trade foreign currencies on a highly leveraged basis (sometimes up to about 400 times your account equity). The funds in an account that is being traded at maximum leverage may be completely lost if the position(s) held in the account experiences even a one percent swing in value. For example, if one chooses to leverage up to the maximum 400 times account equity, then a margin of $1,000 may control an investment of $400,000. While a 1% upward swing of the positions held in the account may multiply into a $4,000 profit, a 1% downward swing multiplies into a $4,000 loss, i.e. greater than the initial investment. Thus, an account could lose more than the equity it contains. Given the possibility of losing one's entire investment, speculation in the foreign exchange market should only be conducted with risk capital that, if lost, will not significantly affect the investor's financial well-being.

Market Risks
Placing contingent orders, such as "stop-loss" or "stop-limit" orders, will not necessarily limit your losses to the intended amounts, since market conditions, which can become extraordinarily volatile, may make it impossible to execute such orders. All positions involve risk, and strategies using combinations of positions, such as "spread" and "straddle" positions, may be as risky as taking simple "long" or "short" positions.

Money Managers
INTEGRITY FX is not responsible for any outcome of a client using his own money manager or a money manager introduced by INTEGRITY FX to trade an account on his behalf. INTEGRITY FX strongly advises each client to thoroughly investigate a money manager and his previous trading results before authorizing him to trade on one's account. Money managers are not INTEGRITY FX employees, and simply use the INTEGRITY FX as an introducing broker. INTEGRITY FX does not promote or recommend any money managers to clients under any circumstances. If clients inquire about a money manager INTEGRITY FX may share contact information of managers. However, INTEGRITY FX takes no responsibility for the manager's performance. INTEGRITY FX advises you that many managers may be fraudulent and that there is a high probability that you may lose even more money than you invest with a money manager. It is imperative that you perform all of your own due diligence on any manager no matter how he was introduced to you. Past performance is never indicative of future results.

Disclosure Regarding Bankruptcy Protections
Forex transactions are not traded on an exchange. Therefore, under the U.S. Bankruptcy Code, your funds may not receive the same protections as funds used to margin or guarantee exchange-traded futures and options contracts, which receive a priority in bankruptcy. Since that same priority has not been given to funds used for off-exchange forex trading, if a forex clearing firm (also known as "FCM"). becomes insolvent and you have a claim for amounts deposited or profits earned on transactions with your FCM, your claim may not receive a priority.

Without a priority, you are a general creditor and your claim will be paid, along with the claims of other general creditors, from any monies still available after priority claims are paid. Even customer funds that FCM's keep separate from their own operating funds may not be safe from the claims of other general and priority creditors.

Forex Dealing Firm Information
INTEGRITY FX is not responsible for any information provided by a forex dealing firm that we introduce clients to. We strongly suggest that you do your own due diligence and consult a trained investment professional before acting on any information obtained directly or indirectly from our firm or our website. INTEGRITY FX will accept no liability for losses or damages resulting from any information that you may have received directly or indirectly as a result of INTEGRITY FX

Past Performance
Past performance is not indicative of future results, as returns may vary according to market conditions. The trading systems that are described on the pages that follow have been developed for sophisticated traders who completely understand the nature and the scope of the risks that are associated with forex trading. Should you decide to trade any or all of these systems' signals, it is your decision.

No representation is being made that following a system's suggested signals will necessarily lead to profit. Investors may incur into a series of consecutive losses and substantial equity-draw-downs that can deplete their assets before the occurrence of any meaningful profit accumulation.

Hypothetical Performance
Hypothetical performance results have many inherent limitations.
No representation is being made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. In fact, there are frequently sharp differences between hypothetical performance results and the actual results subsequently achieved by any particularly trading program.

One of the limitations of hypothetical performance results is that they are generally prepared with the benefit of hindsight. In addition, hypothetical trading does not involve financial risk.

Variables such as the ability to adhere to a particular trading program in spite of trading losses as well as maintaining adequate liquidity are material points which can adversely affect actual real trading results.

There are numerous other factors related to markets in general or to the implementation of any specific trading program that cannot be fully accounted for in the preparation of hypothetical performance results and all of which can adversely affect actual trading results.
